In a building of 100 units the amount is quite substantial while stand-alone properties pay a single , similar amount for large properties , sometimes with multiple dwellings units . Seems Sectional Title units are treated as a cash cow by Coj. |

I am tired of hearing about service delivery being a main campaigning point as main reasons to get my vote, No I expect more from my government, yes the bar is low, i expect results before even entertaining further increases, they have taken Klaus Schwab to another level, with we will own nothing and be happy.
